WHAT IS SPIRITUAL THERAPY

  • Spiritual therapy is a growing therapy.
  • Is a form of freeing the mind of negative energy and replaces them with positive healing energy.

Described as "know who you are" or " meaning of life"

USED TO..

  • Reduce stress
  • Helps get along with others
  • Sense of "inner peace"

STEP 1.

  • Acknowledge things need to change.
  • Admit things needs to change.
  • Evaluate your life.
  • Talk to someone.

  • Take things slow.
  • Don't rush for a major change.
  • over come obstacles.

STEP 3.

  • Learn things aren't always going to be good.
  • You will always make mistakes.
  • Never take on to much at one time.

  • Find a higher power.
  • Learn to pray when things get hard.

  • You need a Bachelors, Masters degree finally Doctorates or PHD degree.
  • You don't need a spiritual counselor you can do spiritual therapy.
