SPORT STACKING IS A SPORT THAT CAN BE PLAYED BY ALMOST ANYONE.

It originated from the United States.

POPULARITY
Sport stacking is not a very popular sport.
It is played in the U.S And can be played pretty much anywhere
It's not very popular because it is a unique sport that many don't know about

RULES
You can not up-stack two pyramids at a time.
In the down-stack you can touch two stacks at the sme time
If a stack is not done correctly, you have to fix it immediately.
In sport stacking you make pyramids using cups in different sequences

HEALTH BENEFITS
Sport stacking focuses on hand muscles/handicoordination and brain buliding
This sport provides musculature improvement by improving hana and forearm muscles

CONCLUSION
This is not a sport that I plan on doing for the rest of my life.
Although it is an interesting sport so maybe I will try it one day.
Hopefully sport stacking seems interesting to you too.
