WHAT IS IT
A Squall Line is basically a strike of lightning. It has over 6 MILLION volts of electricity. It is so powerful, it can set things on fire.

Where It Occurs?
Squall lines generally occur near really dense, moist and cool areas. Say like Florida, near the beach.

WHEN DOES IT OCCUR?
Squall lines are made by warm air colliding with cool air. Also, when the air gets to a certain temperature, it gets too dense up in the clouds.

WHY DOES IT OCCUR?
Squall lines occur when there is too much humidity in the air and the cool air is rising into the air and colliding with the warm air.

EFFECTS ON PEOPLE
Squall lines effect people because it can destroy homes when it hits a tree. It can destroy power lines as well.

EFFECTS ON ENVIRONMENT
It effects the environment by hitting trees and setting them on fire which then destroy's hunting grounds.





EFFECTS ON ANIMALS
It effects animals by destroying their homes and scaring them half to death. Also, it changes how they get their food and their lifestyle.

The effects on poverty are very sad because they have to change where they are. They also have to worry about their safety. Their fear factor will be raised by a lot because of that experience.
