Coniferous forests receive up to 200 to 900mm of rainfall annually

Climate
Coniferous forests live in subtropical and tropical climates.This makes the area's climate more humid.During winter months they have snow instead of rain while during summer it has rain .Coniferous forest stretch from Siberia to Canada and experience freezing winters,in Summer's it can go from mildly hot to extremely hot

Temperature
The average temperature in coniferous forest is approximately 50°Fahrenheit . Winters experience from -20° to -40°C while and some of their experience 10° C. Coniferous forests expire once cold long winters and hot short summers

VEGITATION
Coniferous forest normally have tall,narrow trees and shrubs and herbs growing close to the ground.Some of the forest trees are half-frozen.The plants grow very slowly in a year that many animals walk far to find food enough to live on.To help them survive some hibernate,migrate or store food for the winter.

PINE TREES HAVE CONES INSTEAD OF FLOWERS

AND HAVE THIN NEEDLE LIKE LEAVES WICH HELPS THEM SURVIVE IN WINTER
