Benefits of using stability balls instead of chairs in the classroom.

PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Stability Balls

In the Classroom

First... I need two (hyper) volunteers!

ADD & ADHD

  • According to the CDC, 11% of kids ages 4-17 have been diagnosed with ADHD
  • This was in 2011.
  • 11% = 6.4 MILLION kids
  • In Alabama, in 2011, 10.6% of kids between these ages had been diagnosed
  • 9% of this 10.6% were medicated as treatment

Do you think that medication is the best form of treatment for every student?
