The gases is pulled together by gravity
Nuclear fusion then occurs which makes the intense energy found in stars
Then the light stage of a star begins
Turns hydrogen into helium causing mass amounts of energy
Burns off the outer layer, swells and becomes red
Gravity causes the gasses to collapse and form a white drawf
