STATIONS OF THE CROSS

STATION 1 JESUS IS CONDEMNED TO DEATH

• The Pontius Pilate wanted Jesus dead for always doing what the father wanted and always helping others.These people didn't like the things Jesus was doing.

STATION 2 JESUS CARRIES HIS CROSS

• Jesus now will carry the heavy cross he was given. From the start Jesus knew he was going to die. It was hard for Jesus, but he did it for the love of everyone.

STATION 3 JESUS FALLS FOR THE FIRST TIME

• Jesus was now tired from carrying the heavy cross. His face is bloody and dirty .He was hurt from being whipped during the time. As the people still hated him, Jesus fell.

STATION 4 JESUS MEETS HIS MOTHER

• A woman from the crowd comes and approaches Jesus and Jesus notices it's his mother. Mary's love helps Jesus to keep going on.

STATION 5 SIMON HELPS JESUS CARRY HIS CROSS

• Jesus is tired and needs help carrying his heavy cross. The guards pull a man from the crowd named Simon. Simon then helps Jesus with the cross.

STATION 6 VERONICA WIPES THE FACE OF JESUS

• Jesus' face is all bloody from the whips and for carrying the cross. A woman from the crowd named Veronica wipes the face of Jesus and on the cloth was the face of our Savior Jesus.

STATION 7 JESUS FALLS FOR THE SECOND TIME

• As the heavy cross puts Jesus down he has fallen for the second time. Now are Savior is feeling too much pain.
