  • Not always enough food
  • Always on move
  • Had to adjust
  • Bad if sick or injured
  • Could die while hunting

HUNTING AND GATHERING:

Always variety of food and
could learn different skills.

  • Big variety of food

FARMING:
Giant step towards civilization. 3 Hypothesis to how it started: Spilled-Grain, Watching-the-Animals, and the Moov'en-and Groov'en Hypothesis.

FARMING:
Humans began growing crops and plants. They also started raising and training their animals.

FARMING:
People now had a dependable food source and had settled down. Gradually, communities began to grow as well.

CITIES:
Some people stopped farming and developed other skills. They formed villages which grew into towns and then cities.

CITIES:
Safer for people to live in and helped develop weapons and tech. Cities developed unique characteristics and helped different groups solve problems.
