EARLY CHILDHOOD

• Steve Irwin was born on February 22, 1962, Essendon, Australia.
• He grew up in his parent's, Fauna Park, now know as the Australia Zoo.
• He grew up loving all wildlife.
• In 1991 Steve took over managing the wildlife park met Terri Rains
• Steve Irwin's nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter".
