• Tell a adult if some is being bullyed
• Tell your principle 
• Contact your conceler if principle is not around

try to calm the bully down

• talk to the bully
• tell him/her to talk to a princeple
• tell the bully to stop and prevent it happening

positive effect-
is when you share something you only want to see or you family.

negative effect-is when you talk bad about one person you may dislike that is anther form of bullying.
