  • Thunderstorm:storm that has lightning.
  • Lightning:spark caused by static electrical charges.

HOW DOES LIGHTNING FORM

  • Bits of ice bump into each other as they move around the air .all of those collision create an electric charge.

IS IT SEVERE?

IT IS SEVERE BECAUSE IT PRODUCES HAIL AT ONE INCH DIAMETER OR LARGE.

DAMEGE LIGHTNING CAN DO TO OBJECTS.

  • Lightning can break or crack an object when it hits.

DAMAGE LIGHTNING CAN DO TO A PERSON.

IT CREATS A BOLT SHAPED BURN MARKS

  • Thunderstorms and lightning usually occurs during late spring and summer
