STORY OF ENGLISHWORLD

Noun and conjunction were created by grammar, which is part of English, with other parts of speech.

Noun is very good at changing his body. He can be a person, place, or thing.

Noun's flexible body has 6 different elements. These can be separated, and each one has different ability.

COMMON AND PROPER NOUN

  • Proper nouns name specific people, places, things.
  • Ex) Britney Spears, Seoul, McM
  • Common nouns name non-specifics.
  • Ex) woman, city, cap

COUNT AND MASS NOUNS

  • Count nouns are things that can count.
  • Ex) desks, people, computers
  • Mass nouns are things that can't count.
  • Ex) water,wood, air

CONCRETE AND ABSTRACT NOUNS

  • Concrete nouns are things we can experience.
  • Ex) icecream, cat, honey
  • Abstract nouns are things we can't experience.
  • Ex) emotions, ideals and attributes.

Conjunction is parts of speech brothers. Her job is matchmaker!!

She make them fall in love and join together.

She uses 3 important things to connect each clauses.

COORDINATING CONJUNCTIOM

  • Conjunction uses this for 2 independent clauses.
  • There are for, and, nor, but, yet, so,and or.
  • Ex) I was happy, for my mom bought a cake.

SUBORDINATING CONJUNCTION

  • It uses when there are 1 independent clause and 1dependent.
  • Things such as after, when, if, before, because...
  • Ex) Before I get there, Martha caught me.

CORRELATIVE CONJUNCTION

  • Correlative conjunctions work with pairs.
  • Either...or, as...as, neither...nor,..

Both conjunction and noun are very important to grammar, and make English world easier.
