What happened to me last week:

  • Inmate escapes in the next town over
  • Nixle notifications, but not schools
  • Breakout was 6 AM; school notified at 9:30 AM
  • NO lockdowns issued in towns or surrounding towns
  • Mayor goes on Facebook and tells everyone "we are in lockdown"
  • Facebook fallout
