  • there are two types of stress there is good stress
  • there is also the more well known bad stress
  • good stress: eustress
  • bad stress: distress

  • excitement about a new movie
  • usually upcoming events like movies games etc.
  • bad stress -
  • not having enough time in your schedule usually=bad stress

  • Increased heart rate
  • heavy breathing
  • sweaty hands (usually not always)

stress management

  • take 3 deep breathes and hold them each for 10sec
  • go for a walk or a jog it the exercise will make you feel better 
  • scream into a pillow how you feel so nobody can hear it
  • get help from a friend or counciler
  • identify why you feel the way you do then let it go
