WHAT IS STRESS
a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
Stress can be positive and negative both resulting in positive or negative outcomes.
The most common cause for negative stress is major life changing situations.

Having a heavy workload or a lot of responsibility

The death of a loved one
