Registration as a Student
To be able to register you as students, we need sufficient proof of your health insurance.
Public Health Insurance TK on Campus today at 15 o´clock - check with us if you need to attend

Registration as a Berliner
We can do it for you if you hand in:
completed form "Anmeldung"
copy of ID or passport
confirmation from your landlord, "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung"
deadline: Friday 28th September
if you need it quickly: better to do it by yourself

Residence Permit
If you are not an EU Citizen and your Visa is not valid for the whole duration of your stay: pass by to see us if you need help with the residence permit application

We´ll organize a one-to-one discussion with those of you who choose courses from different programmes to check the schedule and make changes if needed

Class and Examination Rules
To pass your courses sucessfully, you need to follow the class & examination rules

Class rules
Attendance is mandatory! You can´t miss more than 3 sessions per course (à 90 min).
Don´t be late! More than 15 minutes late will be counted as absence

Examination rules
The examination dates will be published at the latest two weeks before the examination - a list in the 4th floor
Use your German matriculation number in the examination (you can find it on your student card)

If you miss an exam and cannot provide a doctor´s note, it will be counted as failed
The re-exams will usually take place in the following semester. There cannot be made any exceptions.
