The weather that they bring is rainy weather.

The weather that comes with stratus is a drizzle or mist.

They are thin and whispy clouds.
The altitude is about (18,000ft) of the ground.
The weather that comes is pleasant weather.

FOG
Fog looks like mist but it can freeze and be dangerous.
Fog is close to the ground.
