Sulfur-
From the Latin word "sulphurim", Sulfur is the tenth most abundant element in the universe, has been known since ancient times. With its chemical no. 16 and its symbol S, sulfur is an abundant and multivalent non-metal, and a yellow combustible element. (It is also Odorless and tasteless)

What does sulfur do to your body?
Sulfur is a part of some of the amino acids in your body and is involved in protein synthesis, as well as several enzyme reactions It helps with the production of collagen, which is a substance that forms connective tissues, cell structure and artery walls. Additionally, it is a part of keratin, giving strength to hair, skin and nails.

Zinc is an essential mineral that is naturally present in some foods, added to others, and available as a dietary supplement. Zinc is also found in many cold lozenges and some over-the-counter drugs sold as cold remedies. It has Zn as the atomic symbol and 30 as the atomic number.
