The History of Sulfur goes back way before our time. Research says that it was found in ancient times and the person who discovered it is unknown.

HISTORY
The name may have come from the Arabic word, "Sufra" which mean yellow
Sulfur became a recognized chemical element in 1789.
By the 1800's sulfur, in the form if sulfuric acid had become the best way to judge
a country's wealth. Countries have even gone to war over Sulfer
