amino acids (58%), isotonic drinks those rich in carbohydrates,natural/phytotherapeutic ,and multivitamin/mineral supplements .
Data in this project was concluded is that they did this to get faster, bigger, and athletically better.

Maximizing muscle protein anabolism
Muscle protein synthesis (MPS) and muscle protein breakdown are simultaneous ongoing processe
Athletes make use of the paradigm of resistance training and eating to maximize the gains in their muscle mass
Recent evidence suggests that consumption of different proteins can affect the amplitude and possibly the
Duration of MPS increases after feeding and this effect interacts and is possibly accentuated with resistance exercise.

PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT USERS AMONG HS STUDENTS
Protein supplements commonly are ingested by athletes to improve strength, agility, and speed
athletes require a higher amount of protein than nonathletes do to support protein synthesis
The data says that protein supplementers had a greater level of misconceptions than non-protein supplementers
Why the misconception???
Since coaches, parents, and friends were the primary sources of advice about protein supplements

MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT SUPPLMENTS
