  • Using Monster Headphones to introduce its own brand
  • Stylish look with a variety of color
  • Great sound headphones with more bass than the average headphone
  • Headphones for Teens, DJs, Athletes, Trainers, etc.

W is for Weaknesses

  • Beats are expensive and the lower class is not a target market they focus on
  • Ended partnership with Monster headphones
  • Using so many celebrities shows that these headphones are made for the upper class
  • Other headphones sound the same or better for a lower price
  • Customers won't even give Beats by Dre a chance because of the price

O Is For Opportunities

  • Keep riding with Dr. Dre because he one of the top people in the music industry
  • More collaborations
  • Celebrity Endorsers
  • Lowers Price on certain head/ear phones
  • Make Headphones for the lower class
  • Expand the brand

T Is For Threatz

  • Consumers finding a better alternative and putting beats in last place
  • Competitors like Monster, Sony, Bose, Pioneer, etc.
  • People making fakes products for cheaper, therefore losing business
  • Bad publicity from celebrities that use/endorsed by Beats like Dr. Dre, Big Sean, Kendall Jenner
