• Ineffective production related to reduced platelet count and risk for bleeding.
• Impaired oral mucous membrane secondary to anemia and reduced platelets
• Fatigue manifested by anemia.
• Ineffective body protection manifested by elevated body temperature, fatigue, and restlessness.
