WHAT QUALIFIES TO PLAY TABLE TENNIS?

• In table tennis, players with any disabilities can compete in sport classes 1-10 with some competitors.

There is standing table tennis and para table tennis.

FOR PARA TABLE TENNIS...

• It includes the same, rules as a International Table Tennis Federation
• If a person has no hands they put the paddle in there mouth.

DID YOU KNOW....

• That there is 11 points scored in a table tennis game.
• In para table tennis there are five matches played.

Did you now that most para table tennis players diets are vegetables then grain products, then milk products then its meat.

Wasn’t that neat! Who new that para table tennis players eat a lot of vegetables!
