The Taiga Biome's weather is often cold, seldom forgiving. Most days of the year it is below zero (in Celsius so under 30°F). When the summer visits it's usually rainy and warm, often times it is 70° F.

Throughout the entire year it snows and rains anywhere from 12-33 inches. Due to these harsh conditions of freezing weather and pouring rain not many animals live in the Taiga Biome. Nor do many plants grow aside from trees.

Black Spruce trees are another producer from the Taiga Biome.
