Gazpacho:
Gazpacho is a cold tomato soups,with chunked vegetables and croutons at the top.

Pan con Jamón Ibérico :(bread with Spanish ham)
Slices of bread with spread tomato,salt,olive oil and Spanish ham.

Tortilla de patata:(Spanish omelette )
An omelette made with eggs,fried potatoes and onion.

Ensaladilla rusa:(Russian salad)
It’s a cold salad which contains:potatoes,green peas,carrots,tuna,olives,red pepper,shaved egg and mayonnaise.

Huevos rotos con patatas (broken eggs with potatoes )
It’s fried eggs with chips and some times with Spanish ham or foie.

Patatas bravas (spicy potatoes)
Are fried potatoes dices with spicy sauce made with ketchup, mayonnaise,paprika,olive oil and Tabasco sauce.

Crema Catalana:(Catalana cream)
It’s a dessert made with milk,eggs,lemon,cinnamon,cornstarch and caramelised sugar on top.

WHEN NORMALLY YOU EAT TAPAS?

  • We normally eat tapas in the summer because they are cold and also restaurants make it in summer.

THIS IS WHAT I BROTH, AND IS THE BEST FOOD EVER🤤
