  • Tapa is made of fried marinated dogfish
  • I want to try it because I love trying new things.
  • I have never had dogfish before.
  • Fish all taste so different and interesting!

ENSALADILLA

  • Tapa is made of potato salad with either tuna or prawns.
  • I want to try it because I like tuna and potato salad.
  • I figure if i like the ingredients, I will like the tapa.

CHOCOS

  • Tapa made of cuttlefish that are usually breaded and deep fried.
  • I want to try it because i have never tasted cuttlefish before.
  • I also like the different tastes of seafood.
  • I love trying new things!

JAMÓN IBERICO

  • This tapa is made of extremely salt-cured ham that is thinly sliced.
  • Made from free range pigs.
  • I want to try it because I really like ham and salt so I think that it would taste good,
  • I've never had cured ham before so I want to enjoy it.
  • It looks very pretty.

SOLOMILLO AL WHISKY

  • Tapa is made of pork tenderloin in whisky and gravy sauce.
  • I want to try it because I'm a highly carnivorous person.
  • I love gravy and pork so it's perfect.
  • I know from other restaurants that alcohol gives meat great flavor.
