WHAT’S A FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM?

  • Facts:
  • Anyone can create a enterprise or business
  • The boss is in charge of the main movements of the business like payment to employees, production of good or services.
  • The costumers are free to buy the products that they want.

PUBLIC GOODS

  • The public goods are products and services that provides the government for all the inhabitants
  • This is one of the main ways to help the country because after the crisis there are lot of persons having a bad time .

EXTERNALITIES

  • Is a cost that is produced by a person or group of people who didn’t had the choice to decide.
  • There can be positives externalities o negative depending how they affect the persons
  • For example the public health which if is good helps the people but if is bad it can be a disadvantages

CONCLUSION

  • Knowing that the country is crossing a bad time, Taru should ask for help to other countries to finance them while they find a cure for the virus.
  • Maybe Taru is not he only country with this problem So the countries which are in a situation like this, all of them should collaborate between them.
