PRESENTATION OUTLINE
(PLOT) After winning a big game, a few teammates and a friends went out to celebrate. Then ended up having a horrible car accident that ended up burning one of the players alive in the car. Weeks go by after the accident and the guys started to accept the fact that one of their friends died. Except one he was just getting worse a little at the time because he started thinking he killed his best friend.
(PERSONAL ALLUSION) I can relate to this because I actually had a close family friend die from a drunk driver and his mother started having suicidal thoughts because she couldn't handle the fact that she lost her son.
(THEME)
I would say there is 2 themes
Don't drink in drive and friendship is everything because if Andy wasn't drinking while driving Robbie would be alive and if his friends would've been there for him instead of abandoning him, he wouldn't have felt lonely which would've stopped him from committing suicide.
(LITERARY ALLUSION)
Colton Sandstone -17-year old that was killed in a head on crash by a drunk driver. The school cancelled the basketball game on Tuesday because of it.
(EVALUATION)
I like this book because it's giving you a look into what would or could happen if you drink or drive and it also teaches you a lesson.
(ANALYSIS)
Don't drink and drive because you think it's cool, because the outcome could change your life in a terrible way. Also friendship is everything. If you have a close friend that's upset about anything don't wait till it's too to decide to help.
