In Africa they are have and are working on a insect-resistant transgenic cotton that will help the crop grow. This new technology is making it easier for them to produce cotton, because now the cotton isn't being eaten by insects.

In North America they have come up with new and different ways of irrigation. Having a new way of irrigation changes the area because, irrigation maintains moisture in the soil. And with more moisture it is easier to plant and grow crops

In Australia they have started using integrated pest management and rotational grazing in their agriculture. This changes the area because it helps them control grazing and keeping insects away. This will help them produce crops quicker and more efficiently.

In Brazil, South America they have come up with a method called "no till farming" its a way of growing crops every year without disturbing the soil through tillage. This has helped them been able to produce better more buy-able crops by not ploughing the dirt.

Technology has changed agriculture in Asia in many ways. With technology they have been able to come up with gravity water flow. The water from upstream reservoirs or dams is carried through canals to the fields. This has helped them get water to crops faster therefore producing crops quicker.
