  • The area first must contain a large amount of young people that will want to be apart of the technopnpoles
  • There needs to be a good education system in the area
  • There needs to be a collage in the are to ensure young educated people for the business
  • There needs to be a large tax paying population to make sure there are public funds
  • A wealthier percentage of the population to ensure education and a safer out of work environment
