- Molars
Incisors .
Humans have eight thin and straight teeth located at the front of their mouths. Four of these teeth, called incisors, are located on the top of the mouth and four of them are located on the bottom.
Canine
Humans have four canine teeth: two on the top, and two on the bottom. These teeth have a sharp, pointed biting surface and are located near the corners of your dental arches between your incisors and bicuspids
Premolars
The premolars, also called premolar teeth, or bicuspids, are transitional teeth located between the canine and molar teeth. Premolars are used for tearing and crushing food. Unlike your incisors and canines, premolars have a flat biting surface.
Molars
Molars are the flat teeth at the rear of the mouth. Each molar typically has four or five cusps. They are used exclusively for crushing and grinding. Wisdom teeth are also called third molars
