THE WOMEN GOT MARRIED AND SETTLED BY THE LAKE.

PEOPLE LIVED IN TELIDA DURING THE SUMMER WHEN OUT OF SCHOOL.

Many families moved to Takotna during the school year.

THERE IS NO ROAD CONNECTION, BUT A WINTER TRAIL.

Snowmobiles, motor bikes, and ATVs are used.
