T.V.A PURPOSE

• The T.V.A was established on May 18, 1933
• It was created because of Franklin Roosevelt.
• He wanted to help the region.
• He also wanted to help the nation.
• Help with economic and technological issues.

WHO IT AFFECTED/ BENEFITED

• It affected the Southern Appalachia.
• It affected 9 million people.
• It also affected some families.

TVA SUCCESS

• The TVA was one of the most successful projects.
• It lowered the price of electricity.
• It helped all electricity industries.
• Concrete mansions was made.
• It created dams for thousands of men.

IS THE TVA STILL HERE?

• The TVA is still here.
• They want to make their goals achieve.
• They will have it until 2017
• Wanted to continue environmental development.
• Also to help people get more jobs.
