TERMINATOR

CALL TO ADVENTURE

• Sarah Connor gets a call from her boyfriend saying that he can't come to their date
• Sarah goes to a bar alone
• At the bar she learns of the brutal murder of two other women named Sarah Connor
• She calls her roommate to warn her but is met with a anwsering machine

CROSSING THE THRESHOLD

• Sarah leaves the bar and notices that she is being followed, and hides in a club
• Sarah is then nearly killed by the terminator only to be saved by the man from before

ROAD OF TRIALS

• Sarah must learn to trust the man who is helping her
• Must deal with the stress of being hunted
• Must avoid and eventually destroy the terminator

APOTHEOSIS

• The man tells Sarah of the future and the legacy of her future son
• Sarah will use this knowledge to raise her son to be a great military leader

MASTER OF TWO WORLDS

• Sarah destroys the terminator and returns acutely aware of
• What the future holds

HERO-SARAH CONNOR

• Sarah has to go through her journey losing much of what
• She has including her best friend and eventually comes out
• As a very different person

FAITHFULL COMPANION/MENTOR-KYLE REESE

• Kyle comes back from the future to protect Sarah
• From the terminator and stays with here throughout the
• Journey

ANTIHERO-THE TERMINATOR

• Constantly trying to complete it's mission
• To terminate Sarah Connor while killing
• Countless others in the process

HAVEN-POLICE STATION

• Was a haven for a time before attacked
• Over 20 police officers were killed

CASTLE-TIKI MOTEL

• Was a place for the hero's to rest
• Until they were tracked down by the terminator
