DISH: CHICKEN AND BABY

• Cut chicken into thin strips.
• Cut baby corn and stir fry the garlic and chilli
• Add the oil and onion and pepper
• Then put the rest of the vegetables in the wok

DISH:BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE

• Break bok Choy and broccoli and steam
• Cut steak in thin strips
• Heat oil in oil Stir-fry garlic and steak
• And the peas, corn, onion, sauces and sugar

EVALUATION

• The dish was great and we work good together in my group
• The project came together in the practical
• Finding two good dish was easy as the dish were easy
• My only difficult was the bok Choy and the broccoli
• My strength was the steak and cooking it
