The most significant piece of technology is weapons. They used muskets and also pikes that were similar to knives

Language
The common language for the pilgrims was English. The Native American tribes spoke many different languages that are mostly not spoken today.

Other facts
In the pilgrim colonies, women and girls wore coifs that covered their hair. There were many restrictions on how people could act. No one was allowed or taught to swim. They were not allowed to be impolite and could not speak without permission.
