Ways to be a good citizen

  • volunteer in your community
  • Respect the rights of other citizens
  • Respect the property of other citizens, so no graffiti, no breaking things on purpose

  • Be a good neighbor
  • Follow the rules and laws that are set
  • Participate in voting
  • Be responsible take action for something you did

  • Help other citizen don’t help because you want something help because you care.
  • Don’t litter! Take care of your community.

Voting REQUIREMENTS

  • In Georgia 17 to register and 18 to vote Georgia uses a open primary Citizen of U.S Legal resident of county
  • Can’t be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude Have not been found mentally incompetent by a judge Registration must be completed 28 day

Voting Requirements

  • prior to the election As of February 2015, Georgia is one of 20 states that have implemented full online voter registration.
