The 8 Beatitudes

BLESSED ARE THE POOR IN SPIRT

• We can do this beatitude during lent through many ways. We can see if someone is doing good, if they are going through anything personal, and help them cope. Everybody needs help at times.

BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO MOURN

• We should help those who mourn during lent. They have lost someone or something very dear to them, so you should comfort them and help. It’s the best thing for them in that moment.

BLESSED ARE THE MEEK

• We should help those who are meek. They are usually meek because of something fearful, and you should help them overcome that fear. You should always make the world a little less scary during lent.

BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO HUNGER AND THIRST FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS

• You should help people fighting for a cause. They need help with an unjust thing that exists within the world, and you should help them. The world should always be fair and right, especially during lent.

BLESSED ARE THE MERCIFUL

• You should always give mercy to those who deserve it. Everybody deserves a second chance. Especially during lent.

BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART

• We should celebrate the pure of heart. They help us become better people and children of god. We should acknowledge their triumphs during lent.

BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS

• We should respect the peacemakers. They help us cope with thing unfathomable by ourselves. They help us see the world for what it is during lent.

BLESSED ARE THEY WHICH ARE PERSECUTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS

• We should respect those who are persecuted wrongly. They are doing something that none of us would ever think of doing for righteousness. They make the world a better place, even if the world doesn’t see that during lent.
