We the people cannot be violated searched without reason or a warrant to go through are homes,papers etc.

The 5th Amendments

We the people cannot be taken to court twice with the same crime

In a criminal prosecutions there can be a speedy & public trial

The 7th Amendments

value in controversy can be exceed twenty dollars the right of trial by jury can also be preserved and no fact tried by a jury

The 8th Amendments

Excessive bail doesn't have to be required,or a cruel and unusual punishments.

The 9th Amendments
In the constution. The rights can not be construed
