Summary of The Boston tea Party
The Boston tea Party was planned by the Sons of Liberty. It caused the Boston Harbor to be closed down until all the tea was paid for. This was a part of the Intolerable Acts also called the Coercive Acts to maintain the colonists. The Boston tea Party was caused because of the Tea Act which was a tax for all tea imported from England.

The Boston tea Party was a key event for the American Revolution. It made a humongous impact. The Boston tea Party was because of taxing, it helped the colonists fight for independence, and trying to stop the taxes.

One way the Boston tea Party impacted the American Revolution was because the Redcoats were taxing the colonists and getting them mad. Based on the text, Ducksters, it says “This tax was called the Tea Act.” The Tea Act was a tax on all tea being imported to Boston Harbor. Colonists were people who were fighting to get rid of the taxes and free themselves from Great Britain, they were also called Patriots. Redcoats were on Great Britain's side and were people that were trying to keep the taxes.

Another way The Boston tea Party impacted the American Revolution was by the colonists taking a stand and fighting for independence from England. The article Ducksters, adds that Samuel Adams had said that it was not the act of an angry mob but the act of people defending their rights. It is my belief that The Boston tea Party impacted the American Revolution by trying to fight for independence from England and it was a symbol that they would not stop until they got their freedom.

A third way The Boston tea Party impacted the American Revolution was by the Sons of Liberty trying to stop the taxes. The article Ducksters says, it was a protest lead by the Sons of Liberty by throwing three trade ships load of tea into the Boston Harbor. I say this because the colonists taking a stand and fighting for the taxes to be lifted probably got the British mad because they just wanted to have it their way and live with having to pay the taxes.

In a nutshell, The Boston tea Party made a GIANT impact on the American Revolution. The Boston tea Party was because of taxing, it helped the colonists fight for independence, and trying to stop the taxes from King George and England.
