INTRODUCTION

• In this essay, I'll tell you about the things I have changed in the story, The Cay. The first thing I have changed is that Phillip didn't board the ship, second A helicopter found them before Phillip became blind, and third, Timothy didn't see the Island.

PARAGRAPH 1

• Phillip and his mother was about to board the ship and leave Curaçao
• Phillip's dad pulled him back
• The ship set sail
• The next day the ship sunk
• Phillip's mom drowned

PARAGRAPH 2

• Timothy hears helicopter
• Timothy makes smoke
• Phillip tells Timothy to add oil to the smoke
• The smoke turns black
• The man on the helicopter sees the smoke
• Phillip and Timothy was rescued

PARAGRAPH 3

• Timothy didn't see an island
• Phillip and Timothy ran out of food
• A few days later they starved to death
• Stew cat was alone
• A several months later it reached England
• People called Phillip's parents to see his grave
