Revenge is something that philosophers and Christians already discussed: Philosophers believe that revenge is something "necessary" in society to keep it equal, but Christians think it is wrong and hence the so-called "eye for an eye" to avoid chaos, but other biblical passages say revenge is the Justice.

On the moral, psychological, and cultural basis of revenge, philosopher Martha Nussbaum wrote The Primitive Sense of the Just. But from ancient cultures it has been revealed that human life is something vulnerable that can be broken or seen by someone else, and so ancient cultures say that the only cure for it is revenge, to make one suffer in the same or worse way.

Our society has not changed much, we always seek revenge when someone makes us suffer to help us have relief and feel that justice been served.
It is something that is still primitive but society continues to lives like this. Who has never taken revenge on anyone?
