No Description

PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Untitled Slide

Since it rarely rained in Nubia, people had to live close to the Nile for water supply.

In upper Nubia it rains so people can plant in early fall, and harvest in the spring.

Since Nubians could not travel to trade by the Nile, they made trading routes over land.

Nubians became famous traders of the ancient world. They carried goods to other places and brought other goods back.

Nubians have traded several valuable goods such as this mirror.

One Nubian caravan traveled into Egypt with 300 donkeys. They carried ebony wood, ivory from elephant tusks, and other things.
