Once upon a time there was a girl. her name was Annie. She had lot's of talents. She could solve any problem she faced. But there was another problem for her. A curse came upon her. How? She will tell you based on her story. I even asked her, and she said yes! So, now the real story begins...

"Good night Annie." Mom says as she tucks me into my bed. "Night Mom." I said. It was night time. After an 1 hour night of trick or treating in Halloween, it was getting late. Besides, tomorrow was a school day, so I had to get some sleep. I had 2 great friends. My only great friends. I wasn't what you would call a popular person. But I had dreams. Big dreams. I couldn't wait. I was tired, but hyper. Tomorrow at my school, was show and tell. I was going to show my crystal. Mom said that the crystal was special. The crystal was rumored that whoever had a heart loyal to another heart, it could heal even the worst. I had no idea what that meant. but I didn't care. At least for now.

I was excited for show and tell, so I had to get my rest. Mom closed my door. I was about to close my eyes, but then, a witch came into my room from my window! I screamed loudly. Mom came rushing in my room. "Sweet heart, what's with all of the screaming?" I pointed at the witch, but she was gone. "But- But- Mom, there was a witch! She came into my room!" Then, Mom put her hand on my forehead. She only did that when she was worried about my imaginary thoughts. But this time, I wasn't joking. It was real! "Mom, I'm not sick okay?" Mom sighed. "OK. I guess your right."

Then, Mom left my room. She closed the door again. Suddenly, the witch came, again! I didn't scream again, I was just still a little frighted. "I am back again, Annie." She said. I gasped. "How do know my name?" I asked. "That is a secret I am not telling you." She said quietly. "Anyway, I am telling you that you have a curse Annie. If you eat 1 full strawberry, you will die. The only way to cure this is to attach this necklace piece to the other parts that are hidden. Find them all, and the curse will be gone." Then, she dropped one piece of the necklace. I assumed that this was the first piece. Then, she flew out of my room. She was gone. I was worried. I love strawberry's! After a while of thinking what would happen next, I went to sleep. Then, the next morning, my timer beeped.

"Wake up sleeping beauty, time for school!" Mom said in a sing-song voice. Mom always woke me up that way for school. I groaned. School time. "Time for breakfast, sweetie. You get pancakes, an apple, and 3 strawberry's. Then, I remembered what the witch had said. I wasn't sure if the witch was just a dream or not. But I really didn't want to take the chances. "Mom, instead of strawberry's, can I have blueberry's for breakfast?" I ask. "OK. But you love strawberry's!" Mom says raising her eyebrow's. "I just wanna try something didn't okay?" Mom sighed again. "Sure, okay. But it'll be for lunch." I sighed happily. "We'll see about that." I said quietly. Then, Mom went out of my room. She closed the door. Then, I saw the witch, again! I felt sick. Not really sick, but suddenly I had a headache. The witch spoke. "This is not a dream princess. It's real." I growled. "Only my Mom calls princess."

The witch didn't speak. "Look, I am here to tell you that to find all of the pieces of the rainbow necklace you must look for it with these clues. She dropped a piece of paper out of her green hand. It was true. The paper did say the steps to finding the necklace. Then, she flew out my window again. I sighed. I guess the witch really was real. I was worried. This could be hard. I read the papers. There were 20 steps! Oh, wait, never mind. There were only 7 steps. Whew! But still, I thought that that was a lot of steps. But now was not the time to complain. I had to get to school! I went downstairs to the dinner table. (The breakfast table for now at least) I ate all of my food (except the strawberries of course), grabbed my lunch box, and I put my backpack on my back and headed out. But before I did that, I put the paper of steps in my bag. I wanted to show my friend, Bella this.

She was the only one that would believe my stories the most. I waited for the bus to come. Then, I climbed up the stairs and took my seat. Bella took a different bus, but we had the same classes and we always sit by each other at lunch. While I buckled in my seat, a girl showed up. A popular, mean girl showed up. I did not like her. Not a single bit. She does things like take my seat. Of course, I could tell clearly that she was gonna do that. Her name was Clover. She unbuckled me and then pushed me off my seat. I growled. She laughed at me meanly. I sat somewhere else. Now I was at school. I walked into the doors of Blossom Lake Middle. I was in 7th grade. I was a short 7th grader. I think I was even the shortest 7th grader in the whole school! After a lot of boring information about periods and percents in math class, It was lunch time. I sat with Bella again, like usual.

I told her about my curse and the way to cure it. She laughed. I gasped. She always believed in my story's. How come she was not believing in this one? I asked her that. "It just doesn't make any sense. See if a dog eats your homework, that makes sense, because dogs are actually a real thing. But witches? Sorry but, that's just not real." I sighed, kinda annoyed. "This is a real story, Bella. In all of my story's you don't believe this one?" She shakes her head slowly. I sighed again, but this time sadder. I couldn't believe it. I guess I just had too. But then, an idea came into my head. I remembered about the letter I had in my backpack. If I showed her the letter, she would have to believe it. But then, the bell ringed. That meant that lunch was over. I decided that tomorrow at lunch I would remember to bring the letter to her. I just knew that would believe me, I just knew it!

But for now, I had to wait for the day to end. School was now over. Well, not over over. It was like a 'have a good afternoon until tomorrow because tomorrow is school' kind of day. I just got home from school today. I was disappointed that I couldn't prove to Bella that I really was telling the truth right now, but I was glad that I could work on finding where the necklace was at. I looked at the first step. It said, find where history is learned, but this place also has to do with the word hula hoops. "Hmmmm." I said, thinking.
Then, a lightbulb appeared! (Well, not literally, but you know) The place had to be Hoops History, where they did hula hooping, while telling it's history! I cheered. This was great! I knew where the first answer was! Now all I had to do was ask my mom to go there. Then I could go find the second piece of the rainbow necklace.

I was guessing that I need the colors of the rainbow to complete the neckpiece. I smiled bravely. This was gonna be an awesome adventure for me. Maybe I could even invite Bella! Even though she didn't believe with the curse and the cure, I still wanted to invite her. Then I asked Mom. I waited patiently for her answer. I hoped and hoped it would be a yes. "Hmmmm." Mom said thinking. "Sure. I guess that's fine." I cheered. Mom spoke again. "Your welcome ya know. I think it would be good for you to learn about hoops and its history. So, let's go." I cheered one last time. I was glad I was gonna find out where the second piece of the necklace was at. Then I asked Mom if I could bring Bella with me. This time she grinned. "Ha! Even better! More people means more history to be told. Yeah sure. You can do that. Here's my phone. You can call her."

Then, I called her and told her where we're really going too. I praised she would come. I wanted my best friend to come on an adventure with me. After a while of probably thinking, she surprisingly said yes! I cheered. (I like to cheer a lot when I get what I want). Mom drove to Hoops History. I hopped out of the car. Mom waved. "Meet back at five, princess?" I nodded. She smiled in agreement. "Alright, then. Love ya." She blew a kiss at me. I blew one back. She drove away. It was four, so I knew I should have plenty of time.
