Dear Mrs. Judy Whittaker - I am writing you on behalf of a group of passionate and dedicated trainers and consultants from Bucharest Romania , all MBA graduates at Open University.
As a former Director of Master of Arts in HR Management Programme by Westminster University and CODECS, CIPD’s reputation made a strong impression on me. Being convinced that the professionalizing of the training and HR function is a top priority for emerging markets ready to join EU in 2007, we express our interest to collaborate with CIPD or even to represent your institute here. We would appreciate a lot if you can positively answer to our invitation. Please feel free to contact me for any further information
Kind Regards,

I have taught two generations of HR leaders to establish what are the most important deliverables for the organisation and each of the functions within it, then:
- to map against each of those deliverables what HR can do to facilitate them and what this would mean in resource terms;
- to agree with the business and the functions how much of the wish-list can be done with the resources available;
- what can’t be done and the potential consequences of this.

2006...2026

... 2026 Human Resources:
1. Developing the principles of the profession;
2. Enabling & empowering rather than controlling and policing;
3. Thinking systemically rather than linearly;
4. Helping leaders maintain connection with their courage, curiosity and compassion;
5. Game Changers are striving to become a movement to teach, inspire and capture the best practices in HR. Inspire the change
become a movement to teach, inspire and capture the best practices in HR.
