The Evolution of Marjane Satrapi
I wanted to express how Marjane evolved and show how evolution and change provides to the theme.
I believe that the pictures like these show her.
I believe the pictures show Satrapi because throughout the book because she was in between an adult and a child.
For instance, Satrapi had to play adult roles that nobody would ever want their kids going through but was in a child's body while she experienced war and an extreme amount of exposure to real world things.
This is why I believe Satrapi connects to evolution.
