THE GOOSE THAT LAID THE GOLDEN EGGS

Long ago, there was a man and a wife who lived in the forest. They were very poor.

Every day they went to the market and sold their golden egg.

However, the man began to think that they were not rich enough.

They killed the goose and cut it open. But, they discovered that the goose was just like any other goose, and there were no golden eggs inside.
