One scene from The Great Gatsby is Gatsby's death and sad murder by a man who didn't know him. It all started by Gatsby swimming in his pool waiting for Daisy to call. Wilson was mourning the loss of his wife and was trying to seek revenge on whoever killed her. All he knew of was the yellow car. So he walked to every garage between The Valley of Ashes and West Egg asking about a yellow car. He soon knew Gatsby's name and made his way to his house. Gatsby was peacefully swimming when Wilson shot Gatsby and proceeded to murder himself in Gatsby's garden.
