3 components of the triangle are...

  • Physical
  • Social
  • Emotional/Mental

Another major part of being healthy is being social. Hanging out with friends and family can be a healthy thing. Even being in an intimate relationship can be beneficial.

The physical part includes how you take care of yourself; are you properly eating, sleeping, exercising? Are you at a healthy weight for your height? Or are you sick or have organ problems?

To truly be healthy is to be in a good state of mind. this would be having good thoughts/feelings, good self-esteem, good attitude, treatable mental illnesses, even minimal stress. Knowledge & skills contribute!
