What's the Health Triangle?

  • The health triangle is a triangle shaped model to showcase the three forms of health; Physical Health, Mental (or emotional health), and lastly social health

Physical Health

  • Physical health consists of keeping in check of your eating habits, and managing exercise routines regularly.

Social Health

  • Your social health is made of your ability to get along and get along with your friends, family and peers alike. Also making sure you get enough socialization during each day.

Mental (Emotional) Health

  • Mental health is consisted of keeping your emotions and stress levels in check if possible. As well as mental health (such as mental illnesses).

What's Most Important?

  • All three of the sides of your health triangle are important to keep equal in your day to day life.
  • Some days it will not be equal, but to strive for a true healthy ritual; having all three sides feel equal is best and ideal.
